i was curious to see if anything more fascinating than usual would happen on friday the 13th, but it was just the standard nw arkansas stew of copper wire theft, domestic violence, road rage, broken windows, harassment, and writing hot checks.

2:13 a.m. A woman on South Pepper Tree Lane reported a man with no shirt on was running around the block carrying a white picket fence he had stolen from someone else's yard.
3:19 a.m. A caller on Crutcher Street reported a woman was having a heart attack, and a man was going crazy. Another caller reported the man was on drugs and had attacked a woman. The man then got on "all fours" and started growling like a dog. A third caller, a woman, also reported the man ran up to her residence, rang her doorbell and ran off. When she looked out the window, a woman was out by a vehicle yelling at someone to "get a phone."
4:59 p.m. A woman at 1401 S. 12th St. reported she found women’s panties in a bag in her mailbox.
10:48 a.m. A man at 15562 Osage Hog Farm Road reported possible narcotics in the back of his hay field.
11:01 a.m. A woman at 1107 SE 10th St. reported she found a film canister containing suspicious-looking seeds.
9:20 p.m. A caller at 1712 Westwood Ave. Reported a very loud party involving drinking, cursing and fighting. The caller stated this was a continual problem.
9:59 p.m. A caller at 2701 Hyatt Ave. reported someone had written "He HO" in the dust on his hot tub in the back yard.
8:54 p.m. A caller at Executive Inn, 2205 S. Thompson Street, reported somebody in the back shed with a six pack of beer was passed out.
6:10 p.m. A woman at 16094 Trapp Hill Road in West Fork reported she saw a baby blanket that was covered in blood hanging from a tree. Four dogs reportedly had been shot and wrapped in the blanket.
10:48 a.m. A man at 15562 Osage Hog Farm Road reported possible narcotics in the back of his hay field.
1:51 p.m. A man at Parks Cemetary Road reported he found a box that when opened burned his eyes. He reportedly found syringes, hoses and gloves inside the box.
2:16 p.m. A caller at the Tyson Credit Union at 2591 W. Sunset Ave. reported someone changed the amount of a check the bank wrote from $25 to $10,887.82.
5:45 p.m. A caller at 893 Woodridge Drive reported someone put lettuce in his truck and scratched it.
3:42 p.m. A man at 1030 S. Razorback Road reported a woman came into the business and started yelling at the secretaries. The woman also started singing and dancing, the caller said.
7:45 p.m. A woman on North Betty Jo Drive reported a woman entered the caller's house uninvited and stated that she was drawn to the caller's house because of the wood. When the caller asked the woman where she was from, the woman stated she was from the stars but was now living in "FayetteNam".
6:22 p.m. A man at 1528 N. Porter Road reported someone placed a sign in his tree that read "vet". It may be the same person who stole his race car the previous day, the caller said.
8:04 p.m. A man at 2842 Habberton told the dispatcher he was God's chosen one and that he wanted to speak to the president. He said he had a biblical map and wanted the world surrendered to him.
8:52 p.m. A man on Bunyard Road in Winslow reported his neighbor's dogs had killed three of his cows, and he shot three of the neighbor's dogs and placed one on his neighbor's front porch.
10:15 a.m. A woman at 2593 N. College Ave. reported a man in a black jacket and cut-up shorts was apparently drunk, walking around in the parking lot of Arkansas Pools and Spas. The caller reported the man's shorts were shredded and he was not wearing any underwear.
