11: 41 p. m. A man at the Salvation Army, 3305 S. W. I St., reported people hitting him in the head, and the phone talking to him while he is trying to sleep.
I think we've heard from this guy before.
cars, youths, drunks, fights, drugs, beer, guns, stealing, dogs, nudity...
